Ghana Kickboxing Association: Raja Owusu-Ansah elected new President

Raja Owusu-Ansah has been elected as the new President of the Ghana Kickboxing Association.

The voting process was held at the Accra Sports Stadium media center, where about 42 delegates were selected to do the voting.

Owusu-Ansah and the other executive members elected will serve a 4 year term and will be fully focused on promoting and developing the sport of kickboxing during that period.

About The Incoming President

Raja Owusu-Ansah is a young business man, an Executive Member of the GKBA and also a Kickboxing practitioner. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Ghana and a bachelors in law and Economics from The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
He is also a Director of The Republic Bar & Grill Ltd, Republic Distilleries and its other associated companies and he at one time was a “Made in Ghana” Ambassador for the Government of Ghana.
He has been a consultant to Government and Private sector on issues of Trade and Technology Strategy, Branding and Marketing. Raja also worked intensely in developing Web & Database Based Internet Software for various entities.
He leverages his wide range of experiences in driving forward unique offerings in business projects involving Agriculture Production, Entertainment and Product Development.
