#Donkomi: Fiorentina mount late move for Alfred Duncan

Sassuolo midfielder, Alfred Duncan, could be on his way to fellow Italian Serie A side Fiorentina before the transfer window closes on Friday.

After adding former AC Milan forward Patrick Cutrone to their ranks a couple of weeks ago, the Florence based side have targeted Ghana international midfielder, Duncan, as they seek to strengthen their midfield.

Fiorentina manager, Giuseppe Iachini, has reportedly instructed the club’s Sporting Director Daniele Prade to sign the 26 year old before the transfer deadline.

Fiorentina are leaning towards completing an initial loan deal with an option to buy, with Sassuolo also open to letting the Ghanaian leave ‘for the right price’.

Duncan has made 14 appearances in the Serie A for Sassuolo this season, scoring once and contributing 5 assists.

Inter Milan and rivals AC Milan have also been reportedly seeking the Ghanaian’s signature this window.
