#Donkomi: Patrick Twumasi rejects Gaziantespor permanent deal, set for Alaves return

Ghana striker, Patrick Twumasi, has rejected a permanent deal with Turkish Super Lig side Gazişehir Gaziantep and is set to return to parent club Deportivo Alaves following the expiration of his loan deal, Citi Sports can report.

The Ghana attacker joined the Turkish side before the start of the season and went on to make 26 appearances for the club, scoring 6 times and contributing 8 assists.

But the 26 year old has opted to return to Spain despite holding talks with Gaziantep over making his loan move permanent.

“All good things they say come to an end..It has been a good year in Gaziantep,” he posted on his Instagram page.

“My one year with you guys was nothing but fun. I enjoyed every bit of it.

“On this note, I would like to thank the Club and my teammates as well. The World of Football is small and I hope one day life will unite us again.

“Good luck guys. To my fantastic Gaziantep fans, what more can I say. God bless you for your never ending support and prayers. God is God.”

Twumasi is said to have already received offers from Italy and France.
