We must kick GFA Executives out if they fail to deliver – Frederick Moore

Managing Director for Accra Hearts of Oak, Fredrick Moore, believes the current leadership of the Ghana Football Association should be voted out of power if they fail to deliver on their set objectives.

The FA’s decision to change its remuneration plan for members of the executive committee has generated a lot of controversy.

While Moore believes Exco members deserve the monies they are earning he wants their tenure at the helm of affairs to be judged purely on performance.

“For any role that you play, you are not just paid because of your certificate or the fact that you are there,  but for the role that you are playing, He said.

“And that role for the salary you get, has to have an accountability.

“We need a football association in Ghana that can take football to the next level and if they are rewarded and they don’t take Ghana to the next level, then it is incumbent on the rest of us to vote them out.” He concluded.
