After opening the scoring for the Black Stars with a brilliant freekick, Andre Ayew completed his brace against Sudan with another fantastic goal.
Ayew picked up the ball on the right in the 81st minute and cut in, beating two Sudanese defenders, before firing an unstoppable shot into the bottom corner of the net, from inside the D of the penalty box.
The goal doubled Ghana’s lead over Sudan and forestalled any nervy last few minutes for the Black Stars.
Andre Ayew earlier found the corner of the net with a brilliant freekick after a Sudanese defender had handled the ball right outside the box.

The goals were his 18th and 19th for the Black Stars in his 91st appearance for Ghana’s senior national team.
Ghana’s win takes them to nine points, with three wins from three.
