AFCON 2021Q: Akonnor makes four changes in strong line up against São Tomé

After missing out in the clash against South Africa on Thursday, head coach of the Black Stars, Charles Kwablan Akonnor has restored Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew and Thomas Partey in the starting lineup to face São Tomé and Príncipe.

Osman Bukari has also been handed a his first Black Stars start in a total of four changes effected by Akonnor from the team that drew 1-1 against South Africa.

Afriyie Acquah, Kwame Opoku, Caleb Ekuba and Emmanuel Gyasi are the players who drop to the bench.

The Black Stars have already qualified to the 2022 AFCON to be hosted in Cameroon after the team secured a 1-1 draw at the FNB Stadium against South Africa.

Kick off for the game is at 16:00GMT at the Accra Sports Stadium.
