FA Cup holders, Accra Hearts of Oak will take on Division One League club, Skyy FC on Thursday for a spot in the FA Cup semi-finals.
Hearts of Oak beat Elmina Sharks 8-7 on penalties after the match ended 2-2 after extra-time.
Skyy FC reached the quarter-finals with a 1-0 win over Hearts of Lions.
The winners will face Dreams FC in the final after they made it to their first-ever semi after beating Kotoku Royals 2-1.
The other semi-final will be between Aduana Stars and Bechem Utd.
Hearts are looking to retain the trophy they won last year.
