Algerian to officiate 2nd leg of Black Maidens’ World Cup qualifier against Guinea

Algerian referee, Lamia Atma will officiate the second leg of the U-17 World Cup Qualifier between Ghana and Guinea.

She will be assisted by compatriot, Asma Feriel Ouahab and Togolese official, Abra Sitsofe Agbedanou.

Guinea Bissau official, Virginia Mendes Da Cruz, has been appointed as the Match Commissioner for the game, while COVID-19 responsibilities will be handled by Ghanaian Dr. Christiana Baah.

The Black Maidens hold a 3-1 lead from the first leg in Conakry.

Goals from Captain Georgina Ayisha Aoyem, Rasheeda Shahadu and Mariama Maltiti Iddi helped the Maidens to the comprehensive win earlier in April.

The second leg will be played on April 30 at the Cape Coast Stadium.
