2022 Commonwealth Games: Alex Amankwah qualifies for 800m final

Ghana’s Alex Amankwah has booked a spot in the final of the men’s 800m race at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

The Ghanaian sprinter clocked in at a time of 1:43:56 to sail through to the next phase of the contest.

Overall he finished 6^th after all the heats were completed.
