We will ensure supporters benefit from NHIS partnership- Kotoku Royals CEO

Kotoku Royals CEO Linford Asamoah Boadu delivered a speech at the event

Chief Executive Officer of Kotoku Royals Football Club Linford Asamoah Boadu has announced his outfit’s readiness to ensure a successful partnership with Ghana’s National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).

He made this clear in his speech delivered at the unveiling of the NHIA’s partnership with four betPawa Ghana Premier League teams, Royals, Nsoatreman, Samartex and Tamale City Football Clubs.

All members of the four football clubs plus their immediate family members will be registered on to the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) as an initiative of the NHIA to reduce the number of Ghanaians without health insurance cover.

“We will do our best to ensure that all our supporters in and around Akyem Kotoku benefit from this partnership. We are going to promote NHIS program because if we are using football to ensure that Ghanaians or our supporters get medical care then we are for it…we will make sure we are going to register them at the game centers” the Kotoku Royals CEO stated.
