The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) has admonished the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to appoint a competent full-time coach for the Black Stars.

The Black Stars Head Coach job became vacant after the resignation of Otto Addo.

The 47-year-old left the role following Ghana’s group-stage exit at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Otto Addo had to juggle between the National Team job and his player scout position at the German Bundesliga side, Borussia Dortmund.

“We hope a competent full-time coach, will be appointed to mould this young team into a winsome side that can rule Africa and make an evitable impact at the world stage”. GHALCA noted in a press statement released on Monday, December 12, 2022.

Black Stars Technical Advisor, Chris Hughton is highly tipped to be named as the next Ghana Head Coach.
