Five Ghanaian football coaches arrive in Holland for working attachment

Five Ghanaian coaches have arrived safely in the Netherlands to commence the second phase of a coaching education program instituted by the Ghana Football Association.

The five coaches involved in the program include Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo, Edna Quagrine, Anita Wiredu, Joyce Boatey-Agyei and Charles Anokye the only male in the group.

The group has been undergoing online training since the beginning of January. This is part of the preliminary procedures geared towards helping them acquire the needed technical know-how about women’s football and football in general

Whiles in the Netherlands the five coaches will have the opportunity to work with some Dutch clubs including Ajax, PEC Zwolle and PSV Eindhoven.

This is part of the Ghana football association’s efforts to upgrade the technical department of Ghana’s coaching staff to meet the current standards of world football.
