San Diego State University Men’s Basketball Team and Ghana center, Nathan Mensah has called on his teammates to empty the tank in their final game of the season.

The Aztecs take on University of Connecticut in the final game of the US Men’s Basketball National Championship at 1:20 AM.

San Diego is battling to win its first ever national title while UCONN last won the title in 2014, with Ghana’s Amida Brimah on the roster.

Speaking ahead of the game to MountainWest Network, the 6 foot 10 inch player who has starred defensively is imploring the team to give their all one more time this season to make history.

“The message to the group is to forget about the past and focus on the future because the future can help change our lives in many different ways. And when we get on the court, we have to empty the tank because this is our last game to play as a group”.

Mensah is in his final year with San Diego and has bagged a Bachelors and Master Degree in Marketing while winning two Mountain West Conference Defensive Player of the Year awards.
