[Chip off the Old Block]; Floyd Mayweather Jr’s 2 year old grandson shows off boxing skills

In two separate videos circulating on social media, the two year old grandson of legendary boxer Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr. has been captured showing very early signs of following in his grandfather’s illustrious footsteps.

The young chap was filmed shadow boxing and in another video, Mayweather’s grandson run from corner to corner in a ring throwing punches after seeing his grandfather go through a pad session.

The Mayweather’s are a boxing family with Floyd Snr and uncle Roger Mayweather all turning out as professional boxers in their early years and the newest member of the family could be following in their steps.

Money Mayweather is often seen showing his brilliant punch combinations and elusive defensive skills in pad sessions regularly to keep his reflexes sharp after retiring from professional boxing.

Since beating Conor McGregor in a high profile crossover fight against the UFC star to improve his professional boxing record to 50 wins and zero losses, Mayweather Jr. has been busy fighting in lucrative exhibition bouts.

In a fight against Japanese MMA fighter Mikuru Azakura in Japan, Mayweather Jr. knocked out his opponent in the second round and bagged $20 million for nine mutes of work. (Click highlighted text to read full report)
