Yussif Chibsah backs Ernest Nuamah to be Ghana’s next star

Member of Ghana’s Olympic Team at the 2004 Games in Greece, Yussif Chibsah, believes Nordsjaelland attacker Ernest Nuamah has the right abilities to become the next big star for Ghana.

The 19-year-old notched his first goal for the Meteors in a 3-2 win over Congo in the U-23 African Cup of Nations (AFCON)

Speaking to Citi Sports in an exclusive interview, Chibsah was confident the youngster’s game will improve eventually despite Ghana’s uninspiring performance against Guinea which led to the Meteors early exit from the competition.

“He is a big talent and there is more to be realized of him. He has to keep working hard he shouldn’t relax in his comfort zone because he has lot more to give out.

He’s just gotten his maiden invitation to the senior national team that’s obviously that is also a sign to boost his confidence and morale up” he said

“Obviously he is a big talent but he has small room for improvement because he can rise up to be one of the best players in the world” he added.
