Kudus Mohammed has strongly rebuffed a suggestion by popular pro Ajax Twitter page, AFC AJAX, that his failed move to Brighton and Hove Albion was down to Kudus’ entourage proving very difficult to negotiate with.

In a since deleted tweet, Kudus slammed the report’s accuracy.

Kudus has generated a ton of interest from several English Premier League teams including Chelsea since registering 18 goals and seven assists in 42 games in all competitions in the 2022-2023 season.

In a related development, football transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano, has stated that talks involving a potential transfer of Ghanaian attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus from Ajax Amsterdam to West Ham United continue.

The acclaimed transfer insider provided an update on the negotiations on his Twitter page after reporting West Ham’s serious interest in Kudus after the latter’s transfer to Brighton and Hove Albion fell through.

“Talks between West Ham and Ajax for Mohammed Kudus continue, as called last week” Romano tweeted.

His report was corroborated by Turkish global football expert Ekrem Konur who stated on his Twitter page, “West Ham United are moving forward to sign Mohammed Kudus.”
