GFA Vice President Mark Addo

Ghana Football Association (GFA) Vice President Mark Addo says he isn’t looking too far ahead after being vetted ahead of the GFA Elections.

This year’s elections are scheduled to be held on September 27 at the Redaach Hotel in Tamale in Ghana’s Northern Region.

GFA Vice Addo is among five individuals vying for three Access Bank Division One League spots on the GFA’s Executive Council.

Speaking exclusively to Citi Sports after getting vetted, Vice President Addo stated he was taking a step by step approach.

“I always fight battles in front of me in the sense that the one in front of me is to go through this vetting and then prepare for elections on the 27th (September) and I believe Insha Allah (if God wills it) everything will be fine. I also wish all the contestants well.”

Incumbent member of the GFA Executive Council Samuel Anim Addo is in the running to serve to be elected to serve a second four year term.
