Andre Onana has taken a swipe at people who are questioning his commitment to the Cameroon National Men’s Football Team.

He said this after arriving to the Cameroon camp before the Indomitable Lions opening game at the 2023 AFCON against Guinea.

Cameroon drew 1-1 with Guinea with Onana not part of the match day squad after arriving late to Cameroon’s base in Bouake.

Onana flew directly to Cote D’Ivoire via a chartered flight immediately after conceding twice in Man United’s 2-2 with Tottenham Hotspurs.

Addressing the media on questions over his commitment stating, “I have a lot of things to say but I won’t say it here we are in competition. Let people continue to criticize me, I’m used to it, I do what is good for my country.”

Senegal legend El-Hadji Diouf was captured calming Onana down after the latter was left out of the game

Onana has endured a tough start to life at Man United and his relationship with Cameroon head coach Rigobert Song isn’t the best after clashing at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
