Super Bowl winning cornerback Ekow Boye-Doe says he sees more Ghanaians playing in the National Football League (NFL) in the near future.

He said this in an interview on his arrival to Ghana after helping the Kansas City Chiefs win Super Bowl LVIII 25-22 against the San Francisco 49ers.

The 24 year old former Kansas State University player grew up in Ghana and moved to the United States of America when he was three and is set to engage in youth focused programs during his visit to inspire the next generation of leaders.

“I will definitely be talking to some young kids and hopefully inspire them. I feel like since time has went on, we’ve seen more Ghanaians in the NFL and I hope I can be an inspiration to young kids just to show them they can do it.”
