Ghana center Amida Brimah is in line to feature in the NBA Gatorade League (G-League) Playoffs after the Santa Cruz Warriors booked their place in the postseason competition.

The Warriors, who played without Brimah, beat Rip City Remix 131-123 in the regular season finale to end the campaign as the fourth seed in the Western Conference standings.

Santa Cruz will play against Salt Lake City Stars in the first round of the playoffs on Tuesday, April 2 with the winner progressing to take on Conference winners Stockton Kings in the semifinals.

After competing in France and Belgium (won a league title with Filou Oostende), Brimah has marked his return to the G-League with a postseason birth.

The 6 foot 10 inch player has prior postseason experience in the league following his two year run with Austin Spurs (affiliated to the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs) where he won the G-League title in 2018.
