HEARTS OF OAK: 9million GHC invested in state-of-the-art secretariat – Togbe Afede XIV

The Executive Board Chairman of Accra Hearts of Oak Togbe Afede XIV, has unveiled the significant investment behind the development of the club’s new secretariat.

The esteemed Ghanaian football institution is nearing the completion of its ambitious Pobiman Project, slated for completion by year’s-end.

Speaking at the 6th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, at the Civil Service Auditorium, Togbe Afede disclosed that approximately GHS 9 million has been dedicated to the project, which is 95% complete.

Notably, a portion of the complex will be leased out to generate additional revenue for the club.

“This structure is nearly finished, with about GHS 9 million invested so far,” he announced. “Part of this state-of-the-art facility will be leased out to bolster revenue streams.”

The construction, initiated following the demolition of the club’s former secretariat, “Phobia House,” in May 2022, aims to provide Hearts of Oak with a modern headquarters and operational base.
