Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey has communicated his desire to continue his stay at Arsenal Football Club despite several rumours linking him to a move from the club.

In an interview with Football London, the veteran midfielder was emphatic about his ambitions in connection to the North London club.

“My head is always here. This is where I choose to play, I’m really happy every time I’m on the field. I know a lot of speculations have been going on, but for me, I’m really happy to be here and to continue playing for this club.”

This statement comes on the back of Partey featuring as a starter for Arsenal for the first time since August 2023 due to injuries. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

Partey’s rare start came in Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Luton Town at the Emirates Stadium with Partey featuring as one of five changes Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta made to the starting setup.

Black Stars midfielder Thomas Partey is in his fourth season with Arsenal and has just a year left on his contract. He has just seven league appearances this season.
