Dreams FC Head Coach Abdul Karim Zito has praised Black Stars coach Otto Addo, describing him as a tactical strategist.
Addo, previously a talent development coach at Borussia Dortmund, was given a 34-month contract with the option for a two-year extension.
Since taking on the role, he has managed eight games, securing three wins but still awaits a victory in the 2025 AFCON qualifiers.
Addo recently announced a 25-man squad for Ghana’s critical Group F clashes against Angola and Niger with three local players named in the squad.
This coach you see, nobody can divert his course, you see him, I like him for one, he’s very disciplined and then very tactical.
What he wants to do is what he did.
So to me I’m very happy, they only have, if he gives them the opportunity, they only have to play well so that they give another opportunity to the rest of Africans.
Because seriously when you are in Europe looking at what Europeans are doing and then you come to Africa, it will be very difficult for you to come in for a local player.
It’s a fact, because we have to do extra, the local players have to do extra before they come.
