Baba Nuhu names Black Maidens squad for World Cup qualifier against Senegal

The head coach of the Black Maidens, Baba Nuhu has named 22 players for the upcoming qualifier against Senegal for the U-17 World Cup in India.

The Women’s Premier League leading scorer, Princess Owusu will lead the line for the Maidens while new captain, Georgina Aoyem Ayisha marshalls the midfield.

The Maidens are looking to make it through to their seventh-straight World Cup when they face Senegal this month in a two-legged tie.

The first leg will be played in Dakar on March 3rd, 2022 with the return leg to be played on March 19, 2022.
