Ghana’s Black Maidens have progressed to the fourth and final round of the U-17 Women’s World Cup Qualifiers after they beat their Guinean opponents 10-1 on aggregate.

The maidens won the first leg 3-1 in Conakry two-weeks ago before winning 7-0 in the 2nd leg at the Cape Coast Stadium on Saturday.

Goals from Georgina Aoyem, Dejean Kubura, Mary Amponsah and a brace from Nancy Amoh and Constance Agyemang ensured the Maidens continue in their quest to extend their record of qualifying for every edition of the U-17 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The Black Maidens will now face Morocco in the final round of the qualifiers for a spot at the U-17 Women’s World Cup.

The 2022 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup will begin from October 11 to October 30 in India.
