Black Stars: Mohammed Fuseini survives attack by robbers [VIDEO]

Black Stars winger Mohammed Fuseini has returned to training ahead of the start of the 2026-2027 Belgian Jupiler Pro League after surviving an attack by robbers. (Scroll down to watch video)

The 24 year old was robbed in Brussels, Belgium by individuals who took two iphones and a watch that is reportedly worth 8,000 euros. The individuals also took Fuseini’s wallet.

Reports indicate that Belgian Police have commenced investigation into the incident and have arrested two of the suspects.

Fuseini returned to training with his team Union Saint-Gilloise after the attack after going through medical checks.

In 27 games in the Belgian top flight last season, Fuseini registered three goals in 27 games in all competitions.

The Right To Dream Academy product has played twice for Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team with both appearances coming in the Black Stars run in the 2025 Unity Cup where he scored in Ghana’s 4-0 win over Trinidad and Tobago.

He played for Sturm Graz in the Austrian League where he won the league title and Austrian Cup.

Union Saint-Gilloise’s Ghanaian winger Mohammed Fuseini was violently attacked by five men in Brussels.

They took his phone and a Rolex Datejust (worth between €8,000 and €14,000 euros)
