Hearts of Oak dropped their first points of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season after being held to a goalless draw by Bechem United at the University of Ghana Stadium on Sunday, September 20, 2026.
The Phobians went into the game hoping to maintain their perfect start after recording wins over Bibiani Gold Stars and Berekum Chelsea in their opening two matches.
However, they were unable to find a way past a resolute Bechem United side despite enjoying long spells of possession and creating opportunities.

The result ends Hearts of Oak’s winning run, although they remain unbeaten after three matches and retain their position at the top of the league table.
