Former Tema Youth forward Joseph Painstil is set to be given a late call up to the Black Stars for the friendly against Iceland.
The 20 year old has been in spectacular form for his club side Ferencvaros scoring 10 goals and providing 4 assists in 24 appearances for the Hungarian side.
According to Citi Sports sources, Chairman of the Black Stars management Committee, Wilfred Osei Kwaku Palmer, has contacted the player to communicate the news.
Some Black Stars players called up for the double header friendlies against Japan and Iceland are expected not to make the trip to Iceland, hence the inclusion of Painstil.
