Ghanaian swimmer, Abeiku Jackson, has qualified for the final of the 50m men’s butterfly in the ongoing Games in Morocco.
He qualified in a time of 24.62 seconds in the 3rd heat on Thursday morning. He came second behind Ali Khalafalla of Egypt who had a time of 25.25 seconds.
His compatriot, Niklas Yeboah, however, missed the final after he recorded a time of 25.41 seconds in the fourth heat.
Jackson will compete in the final which is slated for Thursday evening.
