South Africa Women’s teams continue to show their dominance in the Southern Hemisphere – of the African continent – taking teams in respective COSAFA tournaments to the cleaners.

Two months ago, Banyana Banyana hammered Comoros 17-0 in the COSAFA Women’s tournament, on their way to winning the championship.

At the St François Xavier Stadium in Port Louis, Mauritius, on Friday, Bantwana recorded a massive 28-0 win with 5 players netting hat-tricks in the COSAFA U17 Women’s Championship against Seychelles.

Oyisa Marhazi and Tiffany Kortjie scored double hat-tricks, while Nabeelah Galant, Jessica Wade and Sonika Mzingeli also got in on the action.

They next face Botswana in their second group B match on 23 September.
