Ahead of their clash with Tottenham Hotspur in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night in Belgrade, Red Stars Belgrade’s Ghanaian striker, Richmond Boakye-Yiadom, has boldly stated the English side can be beaten.

The match is the reverse of what was played in match week 3 that Tottenham won 5-0 at the Tottenham Stadium in London.

Boakye-Yiadom did not feature in that match due to injury but he is back in action for his team and he could face Tottenham on Wednesday night and he issued a strong warning to the North London side they do not give Red Star any jitters especially as they got the better part of Liverpool in last season’s campaign in Belgrade.

“Our home form and results are proving to be our strength and character and our fans are a major key to formidable home wins.

Last season (in the Champions League), no one gave us a dog’s chance against Liverpool but we managed to beat them. Tottenham are not as fearsome as Liverpool and they are beatable.”

Boakye-Yiadom will hope to play a part in this game and add to the story by scoring and adding up to his tally of one and that came against Olympiacos on match day 1.
