Ghana’s Asamoah Gyan played his part in helping NorthEast United to get themselves a 1-1 draw at Jamshedpur on Monday in the Indian Super League.
In the final minute of injury time, Gyan flicked on a cross for his team mate Panagiotis Triadis who stabbed the ball home to earn them a share of the points.
NorthEast United had fallen behind in the 28th minute to a Sergio Castel goal and they had been struggling to get back into the game.
Gyan’s assist fetched him the DHL Winning Pass of the Match award.
