It appears that Dancehall Artiste Shatta Wale has settled on his favourite team for the current Ghana Premier League season.

Legon Cities, formerly Wa All Stars, appear to have captured the outspoken star’s heart.

In a video, Shatta Wale who was wearing a Legon Cities shirt declared his lifetime support for the club stating emphatically that, it was the only Ghana Premier League club he’ll ever support.

He also spoke about how psyched he was for Friday’s match between Legon Cities and Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium adding that the home side would ‘deal with’ the Porcupine Warriors.

The match holds extra significance for Shatta Wale as he is set to perform at the venue during the game after a deal was sealed between him and Legon Cities.

Popular Stand tickets for the match are selling for GH₵10, Center Line tickets for GH₵15 with Upper and Lower VIP tickets being sold at GH₵25. VIP tickets for the game will cost GH₵30.

Legon Cities’ match against Kotoko itself will kick-off under the floodlights at 6:00pm.
