Following the overwhelming success of the social media strategies of Legon Cities FC and Accra Great Olympics, other Ghana Premier League clubs have stepped up their digital game this season, particularly on Twitter.

Accra-based club, Hearts of Oak are no different.

Aside their increased number of updates and a general improvement in the quality and variety of content put out to their fans, the club has started a new trend, which is impressing many of their supporters.

The club shared two smartphone wallpaper-sized photos on Twitter with the caption “#WallpaperWednesday.”
