Former Black Stars assistant coach, Maxwell Konadu, has told Thomas Partey “it is time to move” as speculation continues to swirl around the Atletico Madrid midfielder’s future.
Partey, 27, has a year left in his current Atletico Madrid deal, but has been linked with a move away from the Rojiblancos with Arsenal and Manchester United rumoured to be interested.
Reports last week claimed Atletico were willing to double his wages to fend off interest from Premier League clubs
After fresh reports emerged of Partey favoring a move to Man United, Konadu, who is currently the head coach of Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko, threw his weight behind the player, urging him to make the move.
Time to #MOVE bro we are behind u. https://t.co/4ykXx0Atdx
