Kia Joorabchian, agent for Barcelona’s Philipe Coutinho who is currently on loan at Bayern Munich has disclosed that his client has no preferred destination as far as a move to the Premier League is concerned.

London based side Chelsea have over the past fortnight been pinpointed as front runners for his signature and also his preferred destination.

However,Joorabchian who in the past has represented the likes of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano says where the Brazilian plays next will be largely dependent on the financial muscle of clubs when the Covid – 19 pandemic has passed.

“Before the pandemic we had a long chat about it and of course the Premier League i something that he has always enjoyed playing in and probably would love to come back and play in.

“But since the pandemic occurred we have never discussed where he would like to go.

“Everything is a possibility.

“What is going to be the financial situation conditions of all the clubs including Barcelona and all the Premier League clubs after the pandemic.

“What is going to be the situation with regards to who can afford to take new transfers in,how the transfers will occur because every club will have a different position,” he stated in an interview with Skysports.
