Premier League side, Arsenal, have been strongly linked with a move for the 27 year old, and are keen on triggering his €50 million buyout clause.
The London side are also reportedly prepared to offer Partey a deal close to  £100,000 a week, almost double what Atletico offered the Ghanaian.
Partey was a key part of the Atletico squad that won the 2018 UEFA Europa League.
