Black Stars captain, Andre Ayew, has urged fans of his club side, Swansea City to keep believing after they booked the final EFL playoff spot on the final day of the EFL Championship.

Swansea trailed Nottingham Forrest by 3 points and 2 goals ahead of the last round of matches on Wednesday night.

On a dramatic final night, Swansea’s 4-1 win over Reading, coupled with Nottingham Forest’s 4-1 home defeat to Stoke, sealed the final playoff spot for the Swans by virtue of superior goal difference.

Ayew, who leads the club’s top scorers chart this term with 17 goals across competitions, has charged Swansea fans to keep hope alive as the team heads into the playoffs semifinals.

“What a feeling ! Jack army it’s for you! It’s never over when there is hope keep believing and never give up! Thank you Wayne Routledge for the goals. Now time to get ready for playoffs,” the 30 year old, posted on his official Twitter page after the game.
