An unidentified fan of German Bundesliga side FC Cologne has notified the club that he will no longer want to be recognized as one of them after discovering a religious symbol on the teams jersey.
The club in turn did not attempt to convince the fan to do otherwise but wished him farewell.
The fan described Cologne as a religious organisation and stated categorically that he would not love to mingle with Muslims,thus his decision to step away.
We received notice from a member who wanted to cancel their membership due to the mosque on our kit.

FC Cologne are back in the Bundesliga for the 20/21 season after winning their 4th Bundesliga 2 crown.
