Black Stars and RCD Mallorca midfielder Baba Iddrisu Mohammed is looking to play his way into the plans of head coach C.K Akonnor with Ghana’s upcoming friendly matches against Mali and Qatar respectively.
The 23 year old made his debut against South Africa in an Afcon 2021 qualifier at the Cape Coast Stadium and has spoken of his desire to work hard to stay in the team.
“We are still confident as a group but personally I am ready for new challenges.
“I am also ready for new opportunities and I want to learn as much as I can while helping out the team.” He stated after the team completed its first training session in Turkey.
Ghana will take on Mali on October 9th and Qatar on October 12th.
