Head Coach for Accra Hearts of Oak, Edward Nii Odoom is confident the club will emerge winners of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League, which resumes on November 13.

Hearts have not won the Ghana Premier League since 2009, after clinching the title on 19 different occasions.

Prior to the halt of the season due to Coronavirus pandemic, the club was 9th on the league log with 21 points but Coach Odoom has assured fans of the club that the coming season will be a successful one.

“We are promising them that, this year will be a very good year for Phobia fans.” He said.

“The boys are very determined and their attitude towards training has been perfect,

“Hearts of Oak will win the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League and break the jinx that has eluded us for the past ten years.” He concluded.

Clubs in the Ghana Premier League, including Hearts of Oak, have begun training and undergoing the mandatory Covid-19 test ahead of the start of the new campaign.
