Elmina Sharks have confirmed some of their players have tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of their league clash today against Ebusua Dwarfs.
Sharks are set to to face cross-town rivals, Dwarfs in the opening game of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season on Sunday.
The players according to the club have been isolated from the rest of the squad and are responding to treatment.

Already, Accra Hearts of Oak’s season opener against Aduana Stars in Dormaa has been called off due to a number of players from the Phobians testing positive for the virus.
The GFA are yet to confirm if the game between Sharks and Dwarfs will go on or will be postponed.
