Sports personalities in Ghana and beyond have been eulogizing the late Ex President of Ghana, Jerry John Rawlings, who passed away in the early hours of Thursday, November 12, 2020, at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
The Ghana Football Association was among the first to commiserate with his family as every Black Stars player wore a black armband to mourn after the demise of J. J Rawlings.

As part of mourning Rawlings’ death, there will be a minute silence at every league game in match week one.
