Head coach of Karela United Evans Adotey and striker, Diawusie Taylor has been awarded the NASCO coach of the month and player of the month respectively.
Evans Adotey led Karela to three wins, a draw, and a defeat in five games in the month of January as the Anyinase based side took control of of the top of the league table .
He beat off competition from Dreams FC’s Vladislav Viric, Bashiru Hayford of Legon Cities, and Johnson Smith of Asante Kotoko.
Taylor meanwhile beat off competition from Great Olympics’ Maxwell Abbey, Daniel Lomotey from WAFA, and James Bissue’s from Elmina Sharks with his five goals and two assists.
For his award, Diawusie Taylor will receive NASCO Television and a personalized trophy from the award sponsors, Electroland Ghana Limited(NASCO).
Coach Evans Adotey will receive a NASCO Television set, a men’s grooming set, and a personalized trophy.
