Asante Kotoko signs Joseph Amoako of Digiscout Football

Ghana Premier league giant, Kumasi Asante Kotoko has signed Joseph Amoako, one of the top talents listed on Digiscout Football– Africa’s biggest online scouting platform.

Amoako is one of the many top talents on the platform which uses quality videos and data to highlight the performance of young football athletes from Africa to a global community of scouts, intermediaries, coaches and clubs.

Last year, Amoako emerged as one of the top talents at ‘DS Football tournament’ –Digiscout Football’s annual  scouting tournament  after  captaining  Cape Coast based division two side, Young Redbull to win the tournament held at the Cape Coast stadium .

Six youth teams selected from underprivileged communities in Ghana participated in the round robin competition which afforded some 120 young football athletes the opportunity to showcase their talent on the online scouting platform.

The 19 year old winger, known for his pace, dribbling and leadership skills put up an outstanding performance which earned him selection to the ‘DS All Stars team’.

His work rate impressed Ghanaian giants, Kotoko who have move fast to secure his signature on a three year deal. Amoako is part of the porcupine warriors’ squad currently at Dubai on a preseason training tour ahead of the new Ghana Premier league season.
