St. Pauli star, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh is a doubt for Ghana’s World Cup qualifier against the Super Eagles of Nigeria on Friday, 25th March, 2022.
The 26-year-old was absent when the Black Stars held their training session on Thursday ahead of the game against their West African rivals, Nigeria at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The attacking midfielder picked up a knock on Wednesday and could not recover in time for the final training session, making him a big doubt for the crucial World Cup tie.
The first leg encounter is scheduled to kick off at 19:30GMT on Friday 25th March, 2022, with the return leg set for Abuja four days later.
Success over two legs will guarantee the winner one of Africa’s five slots at the World Cup to be hosted in Qatar later this year.
