Sports Minister calls boxing ‘one of Ghana’s leading sports’ after massive Bukom Arena turnout

Sports Minister, Mustapha Ussif was impressed by the turnout at the Bukom Boxing Arena for the Rumble to Freedom boxing event.

The Minister accompanied Vice President, Mahamudu Bawumia to the Arena and tweeted his appreciation to the fans that showed up to witness the fights.

Mustapha Ussif shared pictures from the night and said: “The massive crowd demonstrates that boxing is indeed among the leading sports in Ghana.

“It was a wonderful evening filled with high-quality and exciting bouts,” he added.
