Potential Black Stars forward, Eddie Nketiah, was in fine form on Wednesday night as he bagged two goals for his club side Arsenal against London rivals Chelsea.

Nketiah making his second start of the season showed purpose and energy for both goals.

For the first, he latched onto an errant back pass from Andreas Christensen to slot the ball home cooly into Mendy’s far post

For the second, his industry was once again on show as despite losing the ball to Thiago Silva, he continued to fight for the ball and managed to stab it past the hapless Edouard Mendy.

With that goal, Nketiah has now equalled leading man Alexandre Lacazette’s two non-penalty goals this season and will hope he has put himself at the forefront of coach Mikel Arteta’s plans in the run-in.

Lastly, Nketiah became the first Arsenal player in 11 years to score a Premier League brace against Chelsea since Robin van Persie scored a hattrick in October 2011.
