The draw for the quarter-finals of the Women’s FA Cup will be held later today, Tuesday, April 5, 2022, the GFA has said.
According to the FA’s statement, the draw will be done in the Conference room of the GFA Secretariat at 11 am.
Four matches will be played in this round with the teams no longer expected to be paired on a regional basis as had been done for previous rounds.
This means teams in the Southern Zone can be paired against teams in the Northern Zone.
Last year’s champions and runners-up, Hasaacas Ladies and Ampem Darkoa Ladies remain in the competition after their victories in the previous round.
The matches in the quarter-finals will take place on the weekend of April 14.
