The Black Starlets have been drawn in Group A with archrivals, Nigeria and Togo in the 2022 edition of the WAFU Zone B tournament to be hosted in Ghana.

The tournament will be played from June 11 – June 24, 2022 in Cape Coast.

Ivory Coast, Benin, Burkina Faso and Niger make up Group B.

The Starlets will be hoping to book a ticket to next year’s U-17 Africa Cup of Nations after crashing out at the group stages of the previous edition hosted in Togo.

The finalists will book a ticket to the 2023 U-17 AFCON to be hosted in Algeria.
